How to work it out?

In order to get your heart number to a single digit, you need to add the numbers on your name to get to one number. Say your name is Kathy Goodall, this is how you would calculate the Heart/Soul Number from the name:

K    A    T    H    Y  

A = 1 -> Total = 1

G   O   O   D   A   L   L

O = 6, O = 6, A = 1-> Total = 13

TOTAL = 13 + 1 = 14 = 5

So this means your Heart Desire / Soul Urge Number is 5. Very simple isn't it?
